| Mr.
Mitchell A. Presnick is a director and advisor
of AMA INFOTECH DEVELOPMENT INC.
A seventeen-year Greater China resident and fluent
Mandarin speaker, Presnick has over twelve years
of strategic management, business development,
communications, and government affairs experience
in the PRC.
Mitch served two years as managing director for
Edelman Public Relations, a top-three worldwide
agency with three offices in China. Prior to joining
Edelman, Mitch spent four years with APCO Associates,
a Washington D.C.-based public affairs firm, as
founder and managing director of that agency¡¯s
China practice.
Mitch interned in Beijing for both ABC News and
CBS News, covering the 1989 state visits of US
President George Bush and Soviet President Mikhail
Gorbachev and the student events of Spring 1989.
He then spent several years in Hong Kong, first
as an analyst with American Airlines.
Mitch began advising the senior management of
Anheuser-Busch on its China operations in 1995,
and they remain an important client.
Mitch has provided reputation management and marketing
communications counsel to several multinationals
in China, including P&G, M&M Mars, Ericsson,
Intel, Wrigley, GlaxoSmithKline, Fujifilm, and
many other companies.
Mitch earned an MBA at the Rutgers University
Graduate School of Management and completed a
two-year post-graduate Chinese language program
at Peking University. He graduated from James
Madison University with a BBA in Management.
Mitch currently serves as communications counsel
to American Chamber of Commerce -- People¡¯s Republic
of China. He is a past vice chairman of Amcham
China and has served on that organizations¡¯ Board
of Governors for four years. Mitch is a member
of the Peking University President's Advisory
