Yu Jianhua is director and senior advisor of AMA
INFOTECH DEVELOPMENT INC.
Mr. Yu has 21 years rich IT business development
experiences after receiving his master degree
in Computer Science from the China Academia of
Science. He has been working in varies international
companies and Chinese government agency. He is
familiar with the cultures of US and European
enterprises, developed rich planning for marketing
and sales. His long time financial industrial
connections, in depth understanding of the clients,
sound technical background and government working
experiences also contributed to his success in
the IT industry.
Prior to AMA, he was the Director of Business
Unit Financial and Security Services of Gemplus
China. Gemplus was the world leading player of
smart card. He had achieved higher revenue growth
rate comparing both to the China market and world
wide company average ones.
Prior to Gemplus, he as manager worked for Sun
Microsystems China. In there, he was in charge
of financial service industry, Strategic Programs
and later National Channel sales. He was playing
a main role and got to win all three parts with
the Beijing municipality and the PBOC E-commerce
project and the Internet shopping mall, and promoting
the Bank of China cooperated with Sun to implement
the payment gateway and also win the Internet
Banking project of Communication Bank.
Prior to Sun Microsystems, Mr.Yu spent 9 years
as Manger of Marketing and Sales in Siemens Nixdorf
Informationssysteme (SNI) AG China focusing on
financial industry. His major contribution was
the penetrating of the China market for Siemens
Nixdorf ATM. Starting from marketing research
in 1991, he built the business plan and began
to implement it aggressively. In 1992 the very
first SNI ATM was accepted by ICBC. In a few years
SNI's ATM became a recognized product by Chinese
banks. Mr. Yu was awarded ˇ°Top Sellerˇ± of SNI
in 1993 and 1996.
Before joined Siemens Nixdorf (SNI), he was official
as the deputy Chief of Division of State Science
and Technology Committee China for several years
being responsible for the planning, managing and
implementing of research projects for state decision
making assistance.
Mr. Yu got his Master Degree in Computer Science
from the China Academia of Science in 1983. |
